In this highly visible role, you will collaborate and interact with senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization, showcasing your strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. You will report directly to the VP PI EMEA.ResponsibilitiesSupport EMEA PI VP in the following areas:Research & prepare comprehensive travel itineraries optimizing time, budget, and efficiency.Management of travel expense reports.Arrange internal and external meetings & events within specified budget.Produce documents and reports, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, letters as required.Provide confidential complex calendar management.Support EMEA PI Leadership team in the following areas:Monthly Divisional meetings logistics & invoice management.Agenda (in cooperation with the Chief of Staff).Technical Support (technology preparation, open virtual meeting, recording, polls…).PI Grant Committee coordination.Corporate Communication management.Coordinate creation of EMEA PI Annual Org Calendar.Support logistics of Global Senior Management visits to the region.Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures.This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned as required to meet the business needs.Skills and Qualifications4+ years' experience in executive assistant role reporting directly to senior management.Excellent written and verbal English language skills; additional languages advantageous.Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.Ultimate discretion and confidentiality.PA diploma or certification is advantageous.Our Offer:Attractive benefits package.
