Job Title: Product Owner
Job Description Goal: To maximize the value delivered to the purchasing and projects area by the technology teams, establishing a permanent communication bridge and managing the roadmap in line with the global strategy.
Product Owner Role Responsibilities: Responsible for the backlog of projects in the purchase and projects area, managing and reporting progress to the different managers.Strategic prioritization of the backlog, analyzing time/cost/scope/impact/benefit.Definition and documentation of functional requirements, user stories and epics.Planning, monitoring and execution of evolutionary and corrective measures with the teams involved.Provide business vision to the technical team and collaborate with leadership at a technical level, creating new opportunities for innovation.Carry out continuous benchmarking, taking into account the opinions of customers and internal stakeholders to propose improvements.Provide support and communication to business areas.Test planning and production deployments with the PMO, QA and the different managers.Transfer of closed projects to the Maintenance team.Direct reporting to Chief Technology Officer and Project Management Officer.Training and Experience: Training in Computer Engineering or a similar field.Minimum experience of 3 years as a product owner in e-commerce with agile frameworks (Scrum).Experience or knowledge in the field of retail is highly desirable.Experience in project management with Waterfall PMI methodologies is also highly desirable.Knowledge: Fluent in Spanish and English.People/team management.Scrum.Basic budget management.UX/UI knowledge is desired.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, Angular JS is desired.Competencies: Excellent communication skills.Good time/cost/scope management.Proactivity.Organization and attention to detail.Adaptation to change.Teamwork.Leadership ability.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
