A huge part of your role will be growing and supporting your accounts, working in coordination with the internal and international Pall Team, for the Pall FTAP Business Unit to achieve team goals and your own individual targets.Role and DutiesActive listening to customer for building strategic prospecting skillsMaintain satisfactory after-sales relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.Generate proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating and planning customer visits, organizing customer events (seminars, exhibitions) at all levels of the customer organizationGenerate increased sales from established accounts through Pall Industrial productsKeep customer Installed Base updated from customer feedbackManage, track and follow up on leads and quotes, maintaining an active CRM sales funnelSales negotiation and deal closure at the customerDevelop and achieve a sales plan to achieve projections.Establish a close collaboration with other departments supporting sales to ensure the delivery of proposal and solutions to the customersManage monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of revenue targets by providing accurate forecasting through account activities and opportunities prioritization.Basic QualificationsSales experience managing accounts within SpainExperience with valuable technical components or capital equipmentTrack record within the refinery, polymer or chemical industry.Empathy, need to conquer and good communication skills for advisory salesExcellent communicatorLanguages: Native speaker Spanish and strong English (oral and written)Target driven with a strong emphasis on customer serviceExperience of working in a complex technical environment.Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with some overnight stays depending on business need (about 50-70% of your role will be travelling)Driving license is essential (company car provided)Experience interfacing with both internal team and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.Proven selling skills including customer presentations, price quoting, closing and growing a saleDemonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a complex, matrix team structure.Preferred location is Madrid area, this is a home working role when not travelling, so we have some flexibility on location near this areaWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
