We are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Madrid, Spain. If you are fluent in Dutch with an interest in the financial industry then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in Madrid. This capital city is known for its beautiful architecture, cultural places and events as well as excellent nightlife with lots of bars, night clubs and restaurants.
The role:
As a Customer Service Advisor for an online banking project, you will be the first point of contact for clients from the Netherlands and Belgium. Your client interaction is done via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online chat, and you are tasked to resolve customer problems and complaints. Besides this, you will verify customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
