Location: Greece (preferred), Spain or PortugalWe are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of the international legal department of FREENOW and be dedicated to our business in Greece and around the world. You will work in a fast-paced, international and dynamic company and take care of all legal questions related to our super mobility app!YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDEAssisting in the wind-down of European and Latin-American subsidiaries of FREENOW, including negotiations with regulators and creditors.Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts including sponsorships, services agreements, partnerships and terms and conditions applicable to the business.Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, raffles and content initiatives.Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, including transportation laws and intellectual property.Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company's operations.Implementing automated solutions and workflows to simplify and expedite the handling of legal requests.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLEYou are qualified to practice law in an EU member state (preferably in Greece).2+ years post qualification experience (PQE).
