Are you looking for the next step in your career in the sales field leading a Sales Development team? Then this might be it! We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Team Leader to support our Sales Development team of our SaaS fleet management solutions in Barcelona.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:In this position, you will report to the Sales Manager in Inside Sales and will manage a team of circa 5-7 people from different European regions.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:Building and supporting the Sales Development team in different regions to hunt for new business within small-medium size companies through inbound and outbound leads.Developing and managing KPI's to drive appropriate individual and team behavior, effectively using our Salesforce system.Willing to do what it takes to deliver company targets for revenue and volume growth.Leading by example, coaching the SDR team members to become more effective with prospecting by emphasizing methods and using tools in the most sufficient way.Maintaining involvement, communication, and collaboration with the Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to keep on working on the same goals with shared end results.Who are you?There is no set route to be part of Webfleet Solutions. However, to be successful in this role this is what we have in mind:
Minimum of 2 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in a B2B on SaaS or other Technology business.Dynamic, highly motivated, with a strong background in value selling.Proactive, autonomous, structured, able to manage a team of Sales Developers.Driven and ambitious with real passion for software products and customers.Advanced English language skills is a must.
