Here at Americold Barcelona we are now recruiting for a WMS Support Analyst. As a member of the IT Supply Chain Systems team, the WMS Support Analyst will primarily focus on supporting WMS applications, including Körber E3PL and Dynamics, while also contributing to other Americold applications as needed. Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical and functional support for WMS software.Serving as the primary liaison for WMS across functional areas, business units, and suppliers.Leveraging system knowledge to configure WMS software, identify gaps, and propose solutions.Developing and implementing best practice processes for WMS operations.Assisting with WMS software implementation at Americold facilities, including conducting end-user training sessions.This role is essential in optimizing warehouse management processes and ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
