Key ResponsibilitiesTimely administrative duties of the implementation, maintenance, and modification of multiple websites, built in both WordPress and custom HTML.Ensuring websites are secure and always online.Assisting with marketing-driven requirements across digital platforms, such as SEO programming, analytics and monitoring coding, plugin installation, and other IT Web-based support.Roll out of new website builds or upgrades promptly.Contributes to operational systems through the development of intranet programs across various areas of the business.Shows a focus on design outcomes (across all platforms) that maximize user experience and efficiency.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 4 years of Web Development experience.Mixture of Front and Back-end experience.Experience in UI (user interface) design mapping using Figma or similar.Experience in UX (user experience) design and optimization mapping.Sound experience and knowledge in the following software programs: Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PHP.Excellent English communication skills.Well-developed skills in the following areas: Website maintenance, Website Security, Website reporting using GTM / GA4.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders.Considering user experience, both internal staff and external customers.Ecommerce gateways and website applications.Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, with minimal supervision.Ability to work within a project team, and communicate effectively the outcomes and progress of allocated tasks.Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-pressure team environment.Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and self-motivation.Other marketing-related skills such as SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per monthSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:UI/UX: 3 years (Required)Figma: 3 years (Required)
