We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web3 Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build a strong online presence.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, targeting both crypto-native and non-crypto audiences.
Create, curate, and schedule content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms including Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, Linked In, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.
Engage with the community on a daily basis by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering an inclusive and interactive environment.
Monitor social media trends and innovations in the Web3 space to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to amplify brand reach and participate in key Web3 conversations.
Manage social media campaigns, including NFT drops, token launches, and event promotions, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
Analyze and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and community sentiment, and provide insights for improvement.
Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry standards in the Web3 space to ensure compliance with social media activities.
Participate in and create live event coverage (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, You Tube streams, etc.) to promote the brand and interact with the community in real time.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Web3 space.
