Then this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity could be just what you've been waiting for What you do on a typical day • Responsible for the whole Operations Process in your rotation • Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer. • Set, agree, and manage objectives and KPI's with direct reports to achieve a 'best in class operation • Measure and review operational performance against company and customer KPI's and implement appropriate actions to seek continuous improvement. • Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes. • Plan, supervise and coordinate Lelystad Platform operation during shifts / areas • Plan the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals • Provide training and assessments to teams.
