What the role is
We are looking for a junior Product CRM Manager to join our growing team. If you're super independent, fully hands-on, and dedicated to the mission, come with a can-do approach knowing that there's no problem too tricky to be solved, we'd like to know you! Selina's products serve both Selina's growing network of locations and their activities, as well as Selina's users, both online and on-site in the locations.
As a Junior Product CRM Manager, you will collect requirements from all stakeholders and translate them into business processes in order to build scalable solutions within the company. You will work closely with the real estate and operations teams to innovate and execute product initiatives. What you will be doing Own your products development from ideation to production and make sure to maintain your products to meet the company's KPIs.Work along the teams to identify needs and build the products to meet their operational and commercial needs.Drive the full product development cycle in collaboration with Design, Engineering and QA Teams (starting from PRD up to product launch).Analyze data, identify new trends and take action accordingly.What you need for the role 2+ years of Product Management experience.Experience in CRM platform.Big advantage - Experience in working with R&D teams and within cross-functional teams.Experience in B2C Travel-Tech, Delivery platforms, Hospitality, E-commerce or services companies - An advantage.Good English and presentation skills - both verbal and written.Data oriented and driven, great analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.What can you expect Competitive salary.Performance bonus.No dress code.Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly).Multiple online training opportunities.Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
