Company Outline: Job Role: SQL Client Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Database Engineer with SQL Server experience to join our fast-growing team. This position is mostly remote, based anywhere in the UK. However, we may require you to attend monthly company events (near London) and possible client visits.
A key aspect of the role will be to assist new and existing customers with our SQL based platform providing a first-class service to customers, providing responsive, agile support.

Main Purpose of Role: Supervising daily routines and processes to assure the maintenance of clients.Taking the lead in supporting our Client accounts to ensure the system delivers solutions perform efficiently.You will be integral in ensuring our clients needs are met through the IMcloud.You will support items assigned aligned to SLA.Participating in implementation tasks when required.Building strong relationships with customer and report accurately on all operational and technical aspects of the customer's maintenance.You will use your previous experience to identify and implement quality improvements.Ensuring customer standards, processes and best practices are identified and implemented.Skills and Experience Required: We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes:
