We are looking for our new Legal Counsel to help analyze the applicable regulatory framework and provide proactive legal advice focused on the needs of all business areas. To achieve this goal, the role of Legal Counsel is key to provide legal advice and support in reviewing, drafting, advising and negotiating all types of legal texts and contracts. You are an excellent communicator and a great team player.What does your day-to-day look like?Ensure the legal wellbeing of the organization.Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and operational contracts, including legal documents and contracts such as service agreements, insurance agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.Provide legal and strategic guidance and support to all areas of the company (Network, Sales, HR, GGSS, etc.) in ad hoc projects or deals.Deal and negotiate with external partners and providers.Ensure that the Company keeps abreast of developments from a regulatory and legal perspective on a local and international level.Your ProfileYour skills and experienceGraduate in law.
