And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for you.Job specificationActively participate in the review of the financing Agreements;Participate in the closing of complex transactions;Administration and bookkeeping of transactions;Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period;Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;Calculate settlements/amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions;Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions: As a global financial services provider, Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions;Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders, and the different Loan Admin. departments, according to the financing Agreements;Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency Department;Coordinate, manage and register the communications and issues raised among borrowers, lenders, obligors and advisers of the Financing;Execute the instructions to make payments, on each payment date, according to the financing Agreement;Coordinate the agency duties with the Loan Agency Team and support the activity of the Loans Agency Team when required;Support and training of more junior members of the Team;Training and direct support to different jurisdictions, in accordance with the established procedures.Cooperate with IT team in developing in-house software;Management and coordination of Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities;Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements.Skills Required:At least 6 years of experience in the banking/financial/legal advisory sector (Experience in the banking sector is a plus);Excellent work attitude, quick and willing learner and proficient team player;Experience in the administration of Syndicated Loans Administration, ideally in agency management as well as in the review of financing contracts; knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loan settlements, management of participations, etc. Experience with Intralinks/Debtdomain or similar loans communication tools is a plus;High English level is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus;Excellent communication skills and professionalism;Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly;Ability to take initiative;Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset.What you will get in return:Opportunity to learn and get relevant experience in the syndicated loans sector;A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;To grow professionally together with a young and dynamic workforce;Be part of an experienced and growing team and be part of a world-class centre of excellence.
