ABOUT THE JOB
• Coordination and planning of onboarding and training
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Use data and insights to drive conversations with the Resource Manager.
• Promote our employment brand through online channels and involvement with external events.
• Focus on core human values and support great work-life balance as part of the entire hiring process while also offering life-changing career opportunities for new sales agents.
• Collaborate with Resource Manager to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

ABOUT YOU
• Living on the Costa Blanca, Spain.
• Proven experience and education in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and employment branding.
• Results-driven.
• Passionate about people and building relationships.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Excellent communicator and team player with an interest in knowledge sharing and continual development.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Interested in new business models, platform economy, and exponential technologies.
• Dedication to hobbies and passions for accomplishments is a big plus.
