The Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) is a division created to detect and mitigate potential risks of Santander's outsourced services in an increasingly digital and connected world. We are a young, cross-functional team of experts covering five risk domains: IT/Cyber, BCP, GDPR, Physical Security and Facilities. The Vendor Risk Analyst (VRAC) Security & Facilities will be a member of our UK Vendor Risk Assessment Center (VRAC) team based in CGS Boadilla del Monte. She/He will be responsible for certifying and managing Vendors regarding potential Security/Facilities risks. Your main responsibilities will be: Review and challenge of inherent risk scoring of critical services. Assess critical services/vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans, and issue a residual risk rating. Reporting and collaboration with the local chiefs of Facilities and Security departments. Periodic reporting to local Cost/Risk areas and respective committees. Continuous feedback and reporting to the European Security and Facilities VRAC Head. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (master's degree preferred). Between 1 and 3 years of experience (including internships). Desirable: Work experience in Corporate Security/Security Systems Management/Facility Management/Building Management. Knowledge of security certifications and Security Regulatory requirements in the UK. High service orientation and advisory skills, as well as strong communication skills. Good Risk-Based judgment skills, including the ability to assess compliance risks appropriately with commercial needs. Knowledge in MS Office. High level of English (written and spoken).
