About the department: The Marketing Department within BYD Madrid is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive Spain performance and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
Key objectives and responsibilities:
Plan and Implement ATL plans and campaigns for Spain marketing teamOptimise and report on all campaigns – sharing results with wider teamWork with creative team to ensure best practice creative is usedAssist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets Key results:
Web traffic and leads driven by media campaignsIncreasing performance of ATL Paid media campaignsImproving brand awareness and image of BYD in SpainIncreasing sales of BYD vehicles in Spain The Person: This role will be focused on leading the planning and delivery Above the Line campaigns for BYD Spain. The ATL specialist will deliver on strategy, planning and delivery of TV, Radio and OOH campaigns, including optimisation and leading on trading. The role will include planning campaigns, delivering media plans, strategic recommendations and identifying innovation opportunities. The paid media team is responsible for both Brand, Performance and Tactical campaigns.
Your profile:
University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.Effective and fluent communicator in English and SpanishExcellent Microsoft office skills.5 years' experience in buying ATL media campaigns.Understanding of media market and key media ownersKnowledge of current ATL landscape and contacts within TV, OOH and Radio industryCustomer-oriented mindset.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient and open minded.Results oriented.Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.Connected with our Mission and a more sustainable Future.
