ResponsibilitiesSocial media strategy development and integration: Define, lead and ensure the implementation of the global social media strategy within the Company, as well as the short-mid-long term objectives to achieve, in order to improve the Company´s brand impact for established and new social communities and, in consequence, drive sales. Lead social media presence in all platforms and touchpoints and manage social media strategy for important events, by defining the content, in coordination with the Social Media Strategists (e.g., Fashion Week, Brand events...). Integrate social media into the overall marketing, communications mix or sales strategies, by planning and executing media plans that use social networks, and developing a social media playbook that articulates brand style, tone, identity and voice. Identify opportunities, trends and features in the social media space.Team management: Provide thought leadership, guidance and support to the team members, assigning responsibilities as appropriate and ensuring the flow of necessary information and communication. Set and monitor staff performance and development goals, assessing their compliance. Identify and develop talent, ensuring the necessary training, development and motivation.Budget and annual advertising strategy: Lead the Social Advertising strategy and campaigns on social networks, including mobile, and manage the assigned budget.Social media monitoring & analytics: Implement social media monitoring & analytics strategies and tools in order to improve the customer experience and maintain the brand as the global best in class in overall social media platforms, in coordination with his/her team. Manage social media insights and ensure the uses of social analytics and listening tools in order to monitor data and conversations about the brand and products, creating actionable insights.Build relationships with stakeholders: Manage the relationship with large social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter etc.) and suppliers, in order to select, negotiate or renewal contracts and budgets. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the business in order to plan, brief, execute and evaluate the social media campaigns performance and its alignment with business goals. Work closely with the content team to oversee the content strategy and its delivery on social channels.Innovation: Drive innovations in social media to ensure the Company is considered a 'social savvy' brand.Social media ambassador: Act as a social media ambassador by performing its evangelism across the Company in order to improve understanding and integration of social media with other corporate Departments and channels.
