POSITION DESCRIPTION:The Assistant United Granulation Services Manager will assist the United Granulation Services Manager to ensure that laborers are performing their duties.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsible in assisting in the coordination of Rose Acre waste products from all centrally owned Rose Acre layer and pullet facilities to the site.Responsible for relaying information from the transport dept.
to the Rose Acre Farm's drivers on when and where they are to deliver the waste products.Responsible for assisting the manager in various troubleshooting with the department.Responsible for special assignments as given by the complex manager or a Rose Acre Vice-President.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:High school diploma is required.Relevant knowledge of transport department operations, general office experience, and the role a dispatcher plays in an agricultural production facility.Capable of performing misc.
computer programs – such as MS Word and MS Excel – knowledge of PC Miler and other software programs used in the transport departments.Competent and professional communication skills (i.E.
written and verbal.
