Title: UABOS Spain: Maintenance Leader

Program Summary
KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
Job Summary
Establish and monitor WRM Test, Measurement & Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and PMEL programs using the Maintenance Control Plan (MCP). Assure equipment calibration and Tool Accountability System (TAS) system. Follow AFI 21-101 guidance as applicable. Monitor Precision Accounting System (PASS). Incorporate TMDE management and use in the MCP for equipment requiring calibration. Obtain ACO or PM approval prior to sending GFE TMDE to an approved vendor to calibrate equipment that is beyond AF Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) or the AF Primary Standards Laboratory capabilities. Prepare and ship TMDE/PMEL equipment to corresponding TMDE/PMEL Lab for calibration. Monitor and control equipment to preclude any forms of fraud, waste & abuse. Provide customer service to department, company, and government personnel. Perform all other additional duties as assigned by supervision. Strictly adhere to US Air Force Technical Orders, Air Force Instructions (AFI), and Safety Directives. Drive vehicles as needed to support the function.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform as WRM TMDE/PMEL Tool Monitor.
Establish WRM TMDE/PMEL Tool section and calibration schedule.
Incorporate TMDE oversight in the Maintenance Control Plan for equipment requiring calibration.
Obtain ACO or PM approval prior to sending GFE TMDE to an approved vendor.
Assure TMDE/PMEL equipment calibration is rotated and available when needed.
Order replacement TMDE/PMEL items as required and process for calibration.
Material & Equipment directly used: Technical orders, electronic publications (Etool), computers, HAZMAT (proper storing, handling & disposal), composite tools (general hand tools), operate equipment tugs and vehicles as needed.
Other duties assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Shall possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3-year experience in support or maintenance field TMDE/PMEL or similar fields.
MS Office computer skills (Windows, Excel).
Valid US Driver License.
Qualifications
TMDE/PMEL Coordinator.
