Your responsibilities include:

Project Management of facilities in a variety of assets such as logistics, residential, hotels, offices, industrial.

Project Monitoring, elaboration of technical Due Diligences, technical control, supervision, and project audits. Knowledge in facility design and regulatory compliance.

RequirementsJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Civil engineering.PMP certified or Master's degree related to Project and Construction Management or similar.Years of General Experience. At least one project of M€ budget.MEP Design Software.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.Other capacities:
