Provide technical expertise to other maintenance teams, subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and less experienced personnel.Organization structure:Services Site, Country, Cluster, Region or Platform. Occasionally it can be required to accompany a driver during a test run or during revenue service, or to make an intervention anywhere on the Tren Maya line.Job hours:Troubleshooting activities are typically managed by rotation on different shifts: most corrective job on trains is undertaken during night shift, and technical assistance coverage is set up according to revenue service hours.Main responsibilities:Key accountabilities:Carry out Maintenance activities of the Rolling Stock:Mainly corrective: Troubleshooting as well as Pre-warranty & Commissioning (and Validation & Certification if applicable), including investigation and repairOccasionally preventive, including fleet check activitiesIncludes interventions in maintenance workshops and parking yards (most of time) + occasionally in stations and anywhere on Tren Maya lineReports & registers any deviation (failure/event) in Failure Management data base including configuration dataSupport operation doing Data Analysis, using especially HealthHub (HealthHub is the Alstom platform for collecting, processing and analyzing data produced by the maintained assets, for handling and continuously optimizing operation and maintenance)Opening of failure notifications and management of corrective Service Orders in the Maintenance Management System
