We are looking for A driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in the travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who has the ability to coordinate a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.
Your role in BizAway Supervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent Team Overseeing training for all Travel Agents in our Vigo Office Handling customer complaints, supporting critical incident pathways, and improving workflows for efficiency Maintaining confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards Supporting the agents to respond to our clients' requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests by our platform, managing escalations Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookings Making reservations for our clients through the platform Explaining rules and procedures for using our service on the platform Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.) Your basic qualifications Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up) Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up) Availability to work in shifts High school diploma or equivalent required At least 3 years of previous experience in the role of Team Leader or Supervisor Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check Strong leadership skills Ability to analyze and present data Highly organized with excellent time management Solution-focused Strong understanding of workforce planning We are also interested in Good communication skills in English (B2+) Experience working in the travel industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies Strategic thinker Our offer A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth Attractive compensation, including equity in the company Development of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisions Multicultural and international team Collaborative and smart environment to work and learn Free coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together Flexible working policy, and great offices in Europe BizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection.
