Your role We seek a Talent Development Trainee to join the HR Talent team and help us with the learning and development projects inside Affinity.What you will do Reporting to the Talent Development Specialist, the position involves the following tasks:Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including invitation scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.Identify the learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve employee development.Review and improve the transversal onboarding of the company by implementing feedback from the onboarding surveys.Identify key moments of the employee journey where enhancements can be made to optimize the overall experience.What are we looking for?
