Your role We seek a Brand Manager Trainee to join the Marketing Natural Specialty team and help us develop projects such as innovation & relaunch development or communication management collaborating with the trade marketing, NPD, and R&D team.
What you will do Reporting to the Brand Manager Advance Diets, you will support the team working on projects such as support on Innovation projects & competitors/market analysis. The position involves the following tasks:
Packaging & Innovation: Co-lead the implementation of Product & Packaging changes working with design agencies and the packaging team.Material generation: Generate new marketing materials & brand assets.Content creation: Participate in briefing and approving marketing content such as social media updates, newsletter campaigns or blog article checks.Market Research: conduct research to generate competitor benchmarks & Brand performance & competitor tracking. This will include analyzing data and presenting your findings to the team.Presentation support: Actively participate in the preparation of internal meetings.Administrative tasks: Assist in the execution of the marketing plans and other duties and task related to a marketing department.What are we looking for? You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong ownership and autonomy, and analytical skills.Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.An excellent level of English and Spanish is a must, French or Italian would be a plus.You can sign an internship agreement with your school.What we offer The learning environment, working with international experts and experienced professionals to share and learn from.We cultivate an open culture that embraces diversity and inclusion.
