Edwards Lifesciences is the global leader of patient-focused innovations for structural heart disease and critical care monitoring.With millions of patients served in over 100 countries, each team makes a meaningful contribution by improving patient outcomes and discovering lasting solutions for unmet patient needs.Our Senior Health & Safety Specialist position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.How you will make an impact: Coordinate health and safety (H&S) activities in EMEACLA Region (including offices, field and other activities) with the primary goal of driving results in HS regulatory compliance, standards including ISO 45001, injury prevention, and H&S risk management.Drive H&S regulatory compliance system to control compliance of applicable legislations.Coordinate H&S hazards identification of all activities within the region, support risk assessment and relevant control measure identification and support their execution.Support country implementation of applicable Edwards Lifesciences H&S Standards and Regional H&S Programs.Drive incident reporting, investigation, improvement, and H&S Performance.Provide guidance in Health & Safety Management based on ISO 45001 Standard and support continuous improvement.Contribute to regional and global standard development and improvement.What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree (e.G. Engineering, Scientific, or H&S related) & 4+ years of EHS related experience required.Proficiency in English is a must.Substantial understanding and knowledge of ISO and other relevant regulations.NEBOSH or other equivalent certifications is a plus.Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong communication and leadership skills & ability to influence change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
