YOUR TASKS:* Mechanical Engineer dedicated to the reliability of the TOF system (prototype validation + field investigations), development of the DFMEA and system documentation.* The System "Tower and Foundation" is technically responsible for the full lifecycle of the support structure components of the WTG and System reliability performance studies for prototype turbines/towers under validation and for turbines/towers in operation.* Direct support to System lead regarding the supervision and maintenance of design bases Support to development of the TOF system DFMEA, as well as coordination of the identified actions.* Support to System Design Team for the documentation and planning together with the tower development project engineer.* Support to RCA for field investigations related with the TOF system and ensuring experiences are available to TOF system and included in design bases.* Identification of design improvements in combination with the outcome from the reliability studies.* Participation in project meetings representing the TOF system.* Definition of the TOF system validation plan for new turbines/tower developments together with the System Lead.YOUR PROFILE:* Completed diploma, master's or doctorate in civil or mechanical engineering.* Knowledge and experience in development of load carrying support structures (steel, concrete, welding, bolts) in wind industry.* Knowledge of relevant body of standards.* Ability to work independently, and systematically.* Assertive and confident appearance, strong team spirit.* Project Management skills will be valued.* Good written and spoken English.
