What you'll do: • Manage test orders through GEO / PLM / Test Builder / eServices. • Define, establish, follow up on the OPM / TPM plan for the installed equipment. • Establish good lead time tracking for test orders and implement an action plan when not met. • Define a method to follow and comply with the SDQCM indicators for the area. • Ensure that resources, equipment, tools and facilities are available to carry out all department activities. • Have a close follow-up with team members to identify the training they need so that they can adequately perform their activities and work on areas of improvement and needs to continue growing professionally and personally.
