Test Lead - SAP Job Summary We are looking for an exceptional QA Lead to work with our cross-functional team and join our community of world-class experts. You will work on exciting projects with our clients, taking on the essential role of advising our clients on the quality of the software being tested. In addition, you will work with our clients to proactively advise them on how to accelerate and improve the QE&A process.
Key Responsibilities Be a reference in a QE&A team in charge of carrying out SAP integration tests, both manual and automatic, from design to closing. Analyze functional and non-functional integration requirements to ensure successful implementation. Design Integration Test cases. Technical supervision of the QA teams in charge for their preparation and execution, coordinating these activities with the different teams involved. Collaborate with users in order to prepare the UAT, coordinating its execution and the management of defects. Collaborate with your managers in monitoring process metrics, preparing reports, managing dependencies, risks, and blockages until they are resolved. Reporting to project stakeholders. Provide expert support and training to team members. Job Requirements + 6 years of QA professional experience. + 4 years of successful experience as a functional QA experienced in the SAP field. Experience in managing QA processes, risk analysis, resource planning, and project estimation. Relevant experiences in SAP environments, preferably in Logistics. Good understanding of testing methodology (ISTQB, TMap, etc.). Strong communication and reporting capabilities. Entrepreneurial and great networking skills. Focus on operational, accountable, and results-oriented excellence. Self-directed, independent, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environments. Fluent in spoken and written English. Experience working in multicultural environments. Nice to have skills Experience in SAP SM, DM. Experience in UFT or other test automation tools.
