Test Designer

Job Description Overseeing all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards Designing effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality Assisting and supporting in the execution of test cases, stepping in to conduct tests when necessary Collaborating with our development team and business team to refine and improve testing processes Contributing to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods Leading defect identification and resolution processes Experience & Further Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise At least 2-3 years of experience in test management Proven experience in designing and executing test cases A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed Strong analytical thinking and structured way of working Strong English communication skills (min. B2) Good Spanish communication skills Knowledge of the ISTQB Model would be an advantage Experience with international and intercultural teams What can we offer you?
