We are searching for an experienced and motivated professional to support us in ensuring quality while we journey towards high automation coverage in our interdisciplinary software development teams. You will be part of a small overarching enabler team together with the department's Software Architect.Your Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products within the process solution area.Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, building on top of existing frameworks and tools.Integrate test executions into our CI/CD pipelines.Become a catalyst for change by driving the adoption of automated testing and fostering a proactive shift-left mindset within our agile teams.Your Profile: Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile product development environment.Motivation to encourage and accompany change.Structured, analytical work attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.Strong communicator & facilitator – you bring people together to achieve a joined goal.English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language.
