We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with distribution channels and rural customers, driving sales, acquiring new customers, and conducting field research and experiments. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on physiological, nutritional, and biological management to support our clients' needs.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees, reflecting Corteva Biologicals' values.Conduct regular visits to distributors and customers to understand their needs, update information, and offer tailored solutions.Collaborate with the Market Developer team to implement commercial strategies.Analyze and prospect for new clients in your region.Manage distributors effectively to ensure accurate forecasting.Develop and execute action plans and marketing strategies within company standards.Oversee the sales process, including order management, pricing, delivery planning, and payment monitoring.Support the setup and monitoring of demonstration areas, ensuring excellent execution and sharing results.Facilitate information flow between clients and the company, addressing issues proactively and participating in solution discussions.Submit timely reports and schedule activities in advance.Work closely with all departments to meet requests, share results, and promote best practices.Provide training and after-sales support to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.Monitor distributor stock levels and collaborate on action plans to achieve sales targets.Location: Open to any location in Spain
To grow what matters, you will need: Degree in Agricultural Engineering or similarAt least 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles in the industryKnowledge of the management of the main crops in the region in which they work and recommend themAdvanced knowledge of the Biologicals Portfolio, its characteristics, functions, and benefitsAdvanced in the methodology for setting up, conducting, and harvesting demonstration fieldsExcellent communication and people skillsLocal language - English is a plusEffective use of computers and MS Office.Who Are We Looking For?
