What are we looking for? We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Finance Department as aTemporary Accounts Payable/Receivable, Located at our headquarters in Madrid
MISSION: Accounts Payable/Receivable España. As a member of the CSC, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage and coordinate the processes related to the accounts payable and accounts receivable of the head office. This involves receiving, verifying and registering invoices, managing orders, interlocuting with other members of the company, as well as support in accounting closings. Ensuring accuracy and punctuality of all processes.
KNOWLEDGE Bachelor's degree in administration and management, Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Business or similar. Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and practices. Understanding of accounting and financial principles. Medium-high level of English, Italian is a plus. Familiarity with accounting systems and financial software, SAP is valuable. Understanding of tax regulations and regulations related to financial transactions. SKILLS Analytical skills to review and reconcile accounts. Proficiency in efficient time management and prioritization of tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Precision and attention to detail. KEY FUNCTIONS: Receipt and review of supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Efficient recording and accounting of invoices. Monitor outstanding balances. Coordination with internal departments to obtain approvals and resolve discrepancies in invoices. Maintenance and regular updating of accounts payable records. Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions related to accounts receivable. Support in the timely processing of payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines. Accounts payable/receivable reconciliation to ensure accurate reconciliation with vendor and customer statements. Collaborate on updates, revisions in the homologation process and supplier master. Collaborate with the sales team to address issues related to accounts receivable. Proactive communication with stakeholders to solve problems and maintain strong business relationships. Reporting directly to the CSC manager and the director of administration and accounting. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCES Minimum experience of 2-3 years in accounting and finance positions in the area of accounts payable and/or receivable.
Familiarity in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in financial processes.
