In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients who have shown interest in their services. Your primary goal will be to guide them through the company's offerings and assist them in making informed decisions. Responsibilities: Contacting leads generated from the company's website. Providing information about services and answering any questions clients may have. Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Recording all client interactions and sales in the CRM system. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Native or bilingual level of Spanish with professional English proficiency. What They Offer: Basic Salary: €1,600 per month. On-Target Earnings (OTE): €50,000+ per year, including quarterly bonuses and monthly commissions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm. Early finish on Fridays if targets are met.
