Preferred Background: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms, data architecture, scripting, and integrations, capable of troubleshooting under pressure. Marketing Skills: Expertise in multichannel campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and impactful marketing copywriting. Data-Driven & Analytical: Proficient in data analytics, customer journeys, and predictive modeling, with a focus on actionable insights.
