We bottle our oil in Spain and Italy and distribute our brands from Australia to Alaska.Our mission is to inspire everyone involved in olive oil to make a positive difference, every day.Our vision is to lead olive oil into a sustainable future, enabling all our stakeholders to commit to a process of adding value to olive oil, from the tree to the table.Your Opportunity with us: We are looking for an experienced and talented professional to join Deoleo as a Tax Manager in our Madrid office.Role Mission: Responsible for tax matters assigned, and as a member of the tax team, will be jointly responsible to develop different actions to lead Deoleo's Group to comply with all tax matters.Responsibilities:Tax returns at Spanish level, (i) calculation and preparation of CIT returns of all Spanish Companies (CIT and Advance Payment returns), (ii) review monthly/quarterly/yearly tax returns corresponding to VAT, PITR, NRIT, GICIT, Plastic Tax and other WHT returns, (iii) monitoring and review different local taxes, and (iv) control and follow up of certain VAT information (SII vs SAP).Tax returns at international level, (i) review the calculation and CIT returns of Deoleo's Global subsidiaries, (ii) review VAT tax returns of Deoleo Global to be filed in the Netherlands and Switzerland, (iii) monitoring and review UK tax returns of Deoleo UK and Deoleo Financial, and (iv) control and follow up of uploading the tax returns of all companies of the Group into SharePoint.Actions to be performed before Spanish Tax Authorities, (i) review, prepare and file any tax requirement requested by different Spanish Tax Authorities, (ii) provide support in Spanish tax audits, and coordinate and provide necessary support to local teams in different countries in case of tax audits.Other tasks (i) analyze and comply with formal tax requirements with respect to dividends, (ii) comply with all tax matters regarding Pilar II and CbCR, (iii) prepare all evidence requested for SCIIF purposes, (iv) preparation of CIT paid in each jurisdiction of the Group for EINF purposes, etc.Required qualifications:Expertise and tax background.Analytical skills, attention to detail, and capacity to see the overall picture.Committed to the tax team and to Deoleo's Group.Ambition to look for internal customer satisfaction.Our DEOLEO "Live Green" benefits will include:DEOLEO Welcome basket, with some of our key products & brands (Carbonell, Koipe, Hojiblanca).DEOLEO Live Green digital tour with specific focus on bringing life to our end-to-end processes (from harvest to bottle)
