QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO As Tax Executive Director (VP), your goal would be to provide tax advisory in relation to the different products included in SCIB solutions, covering specific transactions with clients and general initiatives
We need somebody like you to assist us in the following tasks:
Tax advisory on SCIB projects that might involve any of the jurisdictions where Santander in present. Documentation review of international (LMA, ISDA, CDEA, GMRA...) and local master agreements (CMOF, NAFMII). VAT advisory on investment banking deals. Corporate and business projects for every jurisdiction where Santander is present, that might impact the SCIB division. Tax input for initiatives that need to be presented to Committees or Forum within Santander. Monitoring international legislative changes and impact assessment and coordinating global processes for compliance EXPERIENCIA
5 to 8 years in tax advisory roles of financial institutions and multinational groups. EDUCATION
Law and/or Business Administration, with expertise in Tax and Finance Law. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Essential very high level of English Essential knowledge of the Spanish tax system Solid knowledge related to tax aspects of corporate banking and investment financial products and services, international financing structures, securitization regime, etc., including their framework contracts (ISDA, GMRAs, GMSLAs, etc.) Strong knowledge of international taxation, including double taxation agreements, transfer pricing provisions and identification and reporting obligations under EU/OECD standards (including FATCA, CRS, DAC6), as well as the various international initiatives related to taxation Knowledge of local taxation in the main geographies in which the group is present will be valued Capacity for analysis and effective decision-making Si quieres conocernos más, síguenos en https://www.linkedin.com/company/santander-corporate-investment-banking/ #SCIB
