Accountabilities Individuals Tax (70%)- Tax analysis and client advice both for Spanish citizens and foreigners.
- Compliance with IRNR, IRPF, Wealth Tax, Gift Tax returns, 720, and other personal taxes.
- Tax optimization and Tax simulation studies.
- Manage and attend to the tax authorities' requirements.
Corporate Tax (30%)- General advice on corporate tax, direct and indirect tax.
- Solving day-to-day queries on tax from corporate clients.
- Assistance in tax planning, as well as in corporate restructuring operations.
