Talent Projects Manager (Temporary – 1 year)This position is responsible for supporting the global strategic leadership learning and development initiatives in Puig B&F. Mainly participate in the design, development, and deployment of the existing Global Leadership Program for all People Managers in the organization. The role involves managing the projects lifecycle for the leadership program, including planning, execution, monitoring, assessing, and closing.The position will be based in Barcelona and reports to the Talent Projects Director.Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will work within a team of 2 collaborators and interacts with global external strategic partners, the HR community worldwide, and key stakeholders in the organization.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:- Manage the project lifecycle for the leadership program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.- Coordinate with global learning consultants to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Leadership Program Development:- Define a deployment strategy for the leadership program, considering internal stakeholders and community management.- Create and adapt learning content to develop communication packages and training materials.- Provide guidance and learning materials to help senior managers and HR Business partners create actionable development plans.Engagement and Communication:- Support the communications plan and develop materials to distribute to employees through appropriate channels and platforms.- Prepare reports and presentations to present program results to management and the entire employee population.- Identify opportunities for improving the program initiatives based on feedback and lessons learned.Collaboration and Coordination:- Work closely with external strategic partners for training development.- Collaborate with HR teams and Managers worldwide to ensure the successful implementation of the leadership program.- Collect and organize global program data using designated software or tools.- Assist in analysing program results, including compiling data, identifying trends, and summarizing key findings.Required Skills/Abilities:- Knowledge of Talent Development and Learning Programs Management gained through professional work experience, ideally with experience in creating leadership development programs and project and program management.- Full proficiency in English; Spanish and/or French will be a plus.- Superior verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to manipulate data in Excel and create executive-level presentations.- Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment combined with a hands-on attitude.- Results and detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality outcomes and be accountable for the action plan defined.- Previous international experience, collaborating with colleagues and partners from other cultures and countries.Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a closely related field preferred.- 7-10 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent development programs that cover learning design, talent development, coaching, and employee engagement.- Proven track record of excellent project management skills, successfully managing and executing global, cross-functional initiatives at scale.- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing reports, pulling key insights from data.- Previous HR experience in a generalist role as a business partner will be a plus.
