Job Description
Reporting to VP Talent & Culture Mediterranean & North Africa and as the Talent & Culture Business Partner Spain & Portugal, you will oversee HR operations, provide guidance to management, analyze HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business and company goals.
Main accountabilities: T&C services to Hotels in the Hub: Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders OperationsDelivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.Manages Hotel schools relationsPromote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy.Collaborate with the CoE Operations for BloomTalent Acquisition MED: Ensures Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agencyIdentifies future GM & HODs pipeline & ensures development of top talent Heads of DepartmentsEnsures Support Office talent selection (in MED region) as per needs, in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & BudgetsGuarantees excellent onboarding process for all new hiresHotel Openings and Massive RecruitmentsAssessment CentersDefine Employer Branding actions and strategy for the regionProject Management Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious HR experience as generalistConsultancy & sales backgroundLanguages: Spanish, Portuguese & EnglishAbility to implement projectsLabor law knowledge for Spain and PortugalCapacity to accompany different profiles in different languagesManagement of a team Additional Information
