What You Will Do: Provide talent sourcing and recruiting support to your assigned market:Own the candidate search strategy for your assigned jobs.Seek out talent for strategically important roles, using digital tools, databases, and social networks.Build and engage high-quality talent pipelines who will see you as the Ecolab subject matter expert.Create compelling sourcing strategies and marketing materials, work on improving brand perception in target groups.Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and capability to the organization.Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates.Partner with your assigned managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process.Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice.Curiosity to identify new sourcing channels, platforms, and technology to help us continually improve. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or other related areas.Excellent German and English. Another European language is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Customer service focused and collaborative team player.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.Previous experience as Talent Sourcer / Recruiter or Recruitment Marketer.
