Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the E-commerce/DTC niche. Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier E-commerce/DTC talent.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the E-commerce/DTC domain by building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications:
