As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be key in shaping papernest's recruitment strategy. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Your mission is to maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure and demanding contexts. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
