What You'll Do: As a key player on our P&C team, you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, from managing recruitment processes to supporting key HR initiatives. Your contributions will make a real impact on how we attract and retain top talent at Morningstar. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include: Coordinating interviews and distributing assessments for various roles, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Posting job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand our pool of qualified candidates. Partnering with the HR team on exciting projects like recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements. Maintaining and updating employee records using cutting-edge HR systems, giving you exposure to enterprise cloud technologies. Administering background checks for new hires and following up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Troubleshooting any HR-related issues and assisting managers and leaders in creating a positive, thriving work environment.
