Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join the Talent Acquisition area in our People & Culture Department. To further strengthen our department based in Madrid, we are looking for a TA Intern where you will provide support in many different initiatives such as recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding.

About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI's team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program, you will perceive a monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated, and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Screen candidates' resumes and conduct phone interviews. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools. Provide feedback to candidates. Participate in job fairs and prepare recruitment materials for appropriate job boards. Provide analytical and documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Help with any other initiative which may need extra support in the HR Department. REQUIREMENTS University Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources. Master's in Human Resources is a plus. Previous experience in a Human Resources Department and familiarity with HR databases and recruitment is desirable. Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C2). Portuguese is desirable. Available to join full time. EU valid work permit. YOU ARE A FIT, IF You possess well-developed communication skills and the resilience to cope with challenges. You are dynamic and results-oriented.
