We are looking for a TA Coordinator to join our growing People team. You will plan important role in supporting our hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and ensuring best in class experience for our new hires.
You will also support the management of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the wider Talent Acquisition team with reporting and analytics.
This is hybrid role and based from office in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of new open roles within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ATS, coordinating with IT and Greenhouse support when needed.
- Advertise open roles across various job boards and platforms.
- Ensure job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and candidate attraction.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, across multiple hub locations and timezones.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates on their application status.
- Be a brand ambassador for ESW - create excitement about ESW at each interaction.
- Assist with the pre-onboarding process (including contracts, relocation, works permits), to ensure a smooth and outstanding experience for our new hires.
- Support recruiters by generating reports and providing data-driven insights.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) as needed.
Requirements
- 12+ months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English and Spanish.
- Phenomenal teammate, willingness to help when needed to ensure we win-as-one.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you are not afraid to own your tasks and work independently.
- Ability to establish relationships with team members, people leaders and colleagues across multiple teams and timezones.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System, knowledge of Greenhouse is desirable.
