**Main responsibilities**:- End to end stock management- Knowledge on machine deployment needed (JAMF/Intune/SCCM) and should be able to reinstall the units for the user when necessary (equipment preparation)- Understanding Work from Home Equipment and Related Policies- Carrying out a recycling process (catalog the devices that are out of life and coordinate collection with an external company)- Registering new deliveries and coordinating orders and flagging stock requirements/shortages**We are looking for a person with**:- Min.



2 years of experience in IT support role; - Fluent with **English and Spanish** language both verbal and written; - Experience in working with vendors like Lenovo/Apple/Microsoft and coordinating the repair
