Job Description
As the Product Design Manager for the "Booking" area, you will oversee the end-to-end experience for patients, from discovering the right doctor or clinic to securing an appointment online. You will be instrumental in creating a seamless, intuitive journey that meets user needs while driving engagement and conversion. We are looking for an experienced design leader with a background in e-commerce and a passion for user-centered design.
You should bring a strong understanding of digital booking flows, user behaviour, and optimization strategies to elevate the patient experience and align with our business objectives.
