About the Team
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) team based in Barcelona. Our SRE team comprises talented individuals working collaboratively to deliver the best support to our customers promptly. As a team, we are focused on maintaining high system reliability and availability. You will report to the Support Manager, who provides guidance and support in ensuring seamless operations within the team. At Nutanix, we offer a hybrid work setup where employees are expected to be in the office for two days a week. This setup allows for a good balance between the collaborative benefits of in-person interactions and the flexibility of remote work. In terms of travel requirements, there are no extensive travel demands for this position. Our focus is primarily on delivering exceptional support to our customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team members.
Your Role
Provide technical support for Nutanix's HCI solutions globally.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Collaborate with development engineering team for product improvements.
Resolve cross-vendor issues with technology partners.
Test new features and tools to improve product serviceability.
Deliver excellent support experience to customers.
Stay up-to-date with innovative cloud technologies.
What You Will Bring
3 to 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
Expertise either in Virtualization, Networking, or Storage.
Proficiency in Linux.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English with knowledge of EU languages.
Passion for learning innovative cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
