Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

The ideal candidate has strong IT support background, particularly in troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of GxP processes. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 3+ years of experience in IT Support Level 2 with a strong focus on troubleshooting and system management. Solid understanding of GxP processes (Good Practice guidelines in regulated industries such as pharma). Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, with the ability to script and automate tasks. Experience working in the health or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Catalan) are a plus. Location: Spain. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING Provide Level 2 IT support to ensure system reliability, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of systems. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure efficient execution of technical projects, providing support and managing timelines. Maintain and improve the reliability of critical systems, ensuring compliance with GxP (Good Practice) standards, particularly in the health and pharmaceutical sectors.
